Shipping policy

The aim is to ship orders within 3-4 days by first class. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for orders to arrive. During Christmas or other busy periods, delivery time might be longer.

Should you wish to use the pick up option, please contact us before hand to ensure that this is possible based on your location relative to our location. And to agree pick up details. 

 

International Shipping

Shipping is available to the rest of the world (apart from Europe) for products other than the diffusers and room sprays

 

Damages and issues

Considerable care is taken to ensure your item reaches you in excellent condition. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt for any issues and contact us so that we can try to remedy the situation. Should an order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@ca-blooms.com or cabloomslondon@gmail.com so that a dispute can be initiated with the courier company.

If photographic evidence is required when a dispute is raised with the courier company, you will be required to provide this.  Once a case has been raised we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you change your mind about your order, please contact us immediately to request a cancellation and a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item has to be in an unused and undamaged condition. You have 14 days from receipt of the product to contact us to request a cancellation. You then have 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the items. The return postage will be at your cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund the funds to you.

 

Sustainability

Products from CA BLOOMS are handcrafted with care. As much as possible, we search for and endeavour to have our packaging be environmentally friendly and recyclable.

We offer a diffuser refill offering for our customers who care about sustainability. The bottles we use for this service are actually fragrance oil bottles from our suppliers which we repurpose for this service. This is a great and direct way for our customers to contribute to our sustainability efforts and still have access to our great products at very reasonable prices.  

Additionally, our diffusers are made using an eco-friendly diffuser base solvent which is made from a renewable source.

We source our waxes from a  sustainable UK supplier who in turn sources their waxes responsibly to avoid deforestation.

Our candle jars when empty, can be reused for a multitude of purposes e.g., as pencil holder, make up brush holder and so on. 

When we have pop up events, we use gift bags which are made from 100% recycled paper, are ISO9001-quality and ISO14001-environment, certified manufacturer. These bags are totally recyclable and degradable when handles are removed.

We are also closely monitoring the market for plant based products that we can utilize for some of our packaging. Though some options have promise, they’re not quite right or in production at scale.
