Shipping policy

The aim is to ship orders within 2-3 days. Please allow 2-5 days for orders to arrive.

In light of the current pandemic, please note that Royal Mail are experiencing some delays. Please bear this in mind and allow some extra time for your parcel to arrive.

 

International Shipping

Shipping is available to the rest of the world (apart from Europe) for products other than the diffusers.

Damages and issues Considerable care is taken to ensure your item reaches you in excellent condition. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt for any issues and contact us so that we can try to remedy the situation. Should an order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately on cabloomslondon@gmail.com so that a dispute can be initiated with the courier company.

If photographic evidence is required when a dispute is raised with the courier company, you will be required to provide this.  Once a case has been raised we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
